Yes, this case started back in Dec 2013. I recall reading about it back then when anti-CPS groups on FB opened by parents and activists started springing up all over the place. The sudden surge of all these groups was brought on by the Justina Pelletier case in Boston which was covered by Mike Huckabee on FOX. Until then MSM had not dared to cover any child abduction by the state and parents who had already had their children removed were in the dark as to the vast scope of the issues they faced, most thought their case was an anomaly. Parents are gagged by judges & threatened with contempt of court for speaking out about their case. Then there was also the stigma of having a child removed because the public's perception continues to be "the parent had to have done something wrong". Therefore the removal of children for a couple of decades had gone virtually unnoticed by the general public until the floodgates opened early in 2014 when Justina Pelletier became the poster child for the unjust removal of children.

The Wesolowski case came out shortly after in the same year as the Pelletier case but it never hit MSM as did the Pelletier case. It was as if MSM had been silenced again from reporting any of these unjust abductions.
