I don't know how you can refuse to follow orders. I guess they will have to fire him, instead of letting him resign. This really seems like a dumb move. If he had a good reason to stay on, he should have requested a private meeting with Trump, not talk to press.
Fire him! He has the Clinton Foundation Investigation, Anthony Weiner/Huma Abedin laptop with the evidence of pizzagate, pedogate, etc. He is linked to the gulen movement. He takes out some expendables every now and then but has known about the Clinton Foundation a long time.
Anybody appointed by the Obama administration has to be deemed suspect whether they are or not. That is only common sense. There is no way to know where their true loyalties lie or if they can be blackmailed into doing or saying what you want them to (Comey?).
Better to pick your own team who would be more likely to be trustworthy.

That's what I'm thinking. Trump and Sessions gave Bharara plenty of time to have indictments. There's plenty of evidence on the Clinton Foundation, yet nothing. We've been waiting for something to happen in the Weiner case too. And I'd like to know more about the Clinton emails on this server. What is in the folder called "life insurance"?

There is definitely something holding everything back. Now I imagine you have to go public with massive amounts of evidence. This way no MSM can blame Russia, Trump etc..I imagine the 1600 arrests last month for human trafficking are important in that respect, because they might still be collecting evidence.
Sure. Russia didn't make him send dick pics to an underage girl or a pic of himself with an erection laying right beside his baby son. He did that all by himself and nobody can explain why he is still roaming free and not yet charged.
I get that in a lot of cases it does take time to build the case and follow leads but his is a slam dunk already.
There are only two reasons he isn't arrested yet - he is being protected or he is co-operating in something bigger than his own case.

So far as I know he is still roaming free. He was in a sex addiction rehab for while but left weeks ago.
