Detroux had links with the so called 'dirty dozen' gang in Britain and also arch-paedophile Warwick Spinks. The Belgians did so much damage limitation within their own Police force that three officers were sacked as a result. I think the 'Boy Business' BBC doc covers most of this.

Exactly, and the source is not somewhere in America... It's all going out from old Europe. Even American FED money like Ben once said in Congress...it all goes down to Europe but where exactly... He doesn't know.
