I think the attorney knew he had said too much at the second encounter. He acted nervous towards the end and kept taking sips from his glass as if anxious. He will probably be fired for this one. If not, he should be. Also, the New York State Bar should be looking into this attorney.

The attorney may have worried about giving out too much info and started changing the specifics. The teacher's name may not have been Mike either. But how hard is it to find someone who ran for city council and lost and who resigned from being a (highschool?) teacher two years previously.

James O'Keefe is going after Pedophiles being defended by the teacher's union. The only thing that happened to this pedophile is that he resigned.
