She needs a better lawyer. Let's try $50million as a suitable sum to sue for. I'm just impressed she, AT FOURTEEN!, is brave enough to be willing to sue and be exposed to cross examination. Good for her! I wish she had a Go Fundme page.

Dittos. It's better to start with an outrageously high amount anyway, especially when you're after media attention.

Typically, her attorney will get 1/3 unless he waives it.
