In Washington DC, the Roma Pizza Restaurant in L’Enfant was a Colombo crime family operation headed by Salvatore J. Profaci, son of late New York Mafia family boss Joseph Profaci. In Oakland, a Pizza Parlor on 21st and Telegraph was taken over by a Chinese Triad. Out of the Pizza Parlor, they ran a prostitution and drug ring, and a full range of racketeering activity.
