This is a step in the right direction. Every guest in every hotel, whether they are the payer or not, should be covered by the Constitution. No one should go into a business and be sold into slavery. Every hotel needs to come up with a training and police notification policy that prevents 1000 people from using a room over a period of time. Isn't a security camera required in all hallways? And who is monitoring the security camera's?
