Maybe if the 'Share a Link' option was removed, less posts would get scrapped because the poster would be forced to comment about the link they were submitting.

Not a bad idea. Will discuss with mod colleagues, but can't promise anything.

That's cool. I also can't stand it when people post a video without providing a small blurb about what I'm about to watch, so that's another good reason for getting rid of the 'share a link' tab.
