Nomenclature is IMPORTANT.

There is a distinct LEGAL difference between rape and child porn.

If a pedo takes photos or shoots video of a child, (s)he will not be charged with RAPE. If a pedo has such photos in their possession, they will not be charged with RAPE.

Your fury is understandable. As a victim/survivor, I share it. But conflating the two terms isn't productive. It won't help our cause, and it certainly won't help the newbies to PG to understand what is happening.

I plead guilty on using too low level terminology. In media strong words are sometimes scary but in this case strenght might be the way to go. Thanks.
