Click "front" on the task bar at the top of the page>click "explore voat">click "search". Available on desktop and mobile, at least for me. There may be more ways than this one to access it as well.

This is an excellent function, but other search engines might be better suited. Not sure how PG-friendly Bing is, but last time I checked it found more interesting stuff.

That's not exactly a function of voat, it's an external engine (and hopefully finds everything needed while waiting for the function back)
