That's exactly correct! This individual indeed expends lots of time and energy posting about what a 'dumb conspiracy theory' is this thing called pizzagate. There seems to be a feverish attempt by this individual to incite this community. Clinically speaking, this feels like a bit of what is called Reaction Formation. Basically the very issue an individual vehemently speaks out about in repetitive and sophomoric ways is actually admission of guilt for being associated in some way with the very topic being denigrated.
