are we sure babies in late term abortions are always actually killed and not taken?

As of late, this is something I have been wondering too. I do not get involved with this horrible decision a woman must make. But to have them doing something this despicable is beyond comprehension. I would put nothing past these people. Stealing a baby for their own sick perverted needs. A woman that has to make such a decision of course has been brainwashed into thinking the child is not alive, and they fully know that it is, in order to steal it away. Beyond disgusting. Murder.

Generally speaking, when late-term abortion is considered, it's because of a fetal abnormality unable to be detected earlier in pregnancy; and that the likelihood of that baby to survive birth without immediate medical intervention is very, very slender. They would have to falsify the ultrasound/amniocentesis results, get the OB in on it, as well as any nurses/interns helping/observing... I'm going chime in with a no. If we're talking from 4 -8 months, then the lungs are likely undeveloped and the would-be aborted couldn't survive outside the womb without serious medical intervention. If it's after 8 months, lung development would happen, but it's stiff iffy because the potential for meconium in the amniotic fluid, which again would require immediate medical intervention before the baby is even fully emerged from the birth canal.

If people are harvesting newborns, they will want them healthy enough that they won't be hooked up to a machine to ensure survival. They'll take them from the "women's centers" that talk women out of terminating their pregnancies and coercing them to give birth and adopt out. It's cleaner that way, with a lot more legal backing protecting them.
