A lot of things are industry standard to suppress costs by volume production. The woman might have had a different type, but as @wellendowedduckling says below here, these type of tags are pretty common (and much easier obtainable).

Might there be a connection between these RFID chips and "the cards" mentioned by FBIanon in his original post in July 2016. Literally almost everything has come true so far.

Why would they not chip their cattle if they could? Especially with rival traffickers. This is their commodity that can be used over and over again to make money. A human ATM. If they can tag them they will tag them.

If true, the purpose would most likely be a spreadsheet about the victim. A handler would be able to tell a medical history on delivery. Perforations, head injuries, pregnancies, that sort of thing.

So neither the doctor or the patient are identified, meaning this story cannot be confirmed. Imnteresting, but not much anybody can do with such an article. A few paragraphs and no evidence.

Does this possibly link into that report of a site where there was loads of Wi-Fi traffic underneath a concrete slab, that had no logical explanation as to why there was that amount of traffic? RFID tracking might explain this.

Documentation would be nice. Who is "The Daily Sheeple"? Where did this happen? Who were the doctors? Who saw the X-Rays? Where ARE the X-Rays?

Doctors are well aware of this phenomenon. Many doctors wouldn't treat this woman (remove the chip) because they know what they're dealing with behind the scenes. The chips are often detected in MRIs, x-rays, etc. but go unreported.

They do. Nano-scale bio-electrical interfaces to connect a nano electrical circuit (in function equivalent to RFID) to biological cells like neurotransmitters throughout our bodies. This is beyond frightening. Who in their right mind would want to even allow this for prisoners or anything? I think some people in this country would have no problem being OK with this as long as it would save money at prisons or ICE camps. People are getting really mean and cruel to others. The fact that this can exist is, means that it may someday be put into our children or even us. Beware.

I recently watched a movie called "Eden". It's based on a true story, and in this a us marshal has all the girls tagged with extra GPS trackers for prisoners.

I can confirm the tech. The construction of this device is such that it has a large effective range (possibly up to 100 yards if not more), unlike RFIDs worked into cards. For these, the antenna is constructed by swirly PCB / substrate tracks. The device depicted in this article has a ferrite core coil, indicating a much bigger sensitivity.

RFID tech is such that besides DATA, also POWER is transferred to the device. The sender signal is powerful enough to generate the required power for operation in the RFID circuit. That's why these never need any sort of batteries to operate.

Sadly I have to agree with the top comment... even if the doctor wants to remain anonymous, the journalist could at least say the city. Or if they don't know the city, at least the state. If they don't know the state....... then how the hell do they even know the person was a real doctor talking to them?

I know it's easy to be skeptical about a lot of stuff on here, and I will not dismiss the idea that sex trafficking victims can be implanted to be tracked, but I will not believe the doctor-in-the-ER story as "proof".
