I have noticed the downvote count is differen't depending on if I am logged on or not. When logged off, the threads I have donvoted show up without my downvote. Once logged on, this imediatly changes. My conclusion is that nobody else can see my downvotes. Am I mistaken about this system, because that is how it works with my account?

Also, When I downvote, my vote seems to be worth many votes because it drags a threads upvote count down dramatically with a single downvote from me. Is this intended? If I log out again, the threads I downvoted shoot back up without my downvote. I can do this back and forth several times a minute and the downvote count rises or drops depending on if I am logged in.

Also, I have had two such threads deleted without comment or evidence that I ever posted them. One was about the fact that I think there is no investigation of PG happening and Trump chose Comey and praised him despite everything we knew about him.
