Found large files on Wikileaks reguarding strange abduction laws in Canada ( pizzagate )

As it says in the title above, I stumbled across this file that has a bunch of other strange looking files regarding child abduction laws but doesn't appear to look normal. This was titled in an email "news that's not in the news" maybe something to look into deeper or get more eyes on it to see if there is something here or not.
