I've actually looked. I didn't see any evidence for weapons moving, but 95% of the money went to areas with horrible human trafficking records to build schools for underprivileged girls.

The crazy part is most of the money stops at regional groups that only exist on paper.

Agar Ethiopia was a particularly shady organization I found.
