I think the fact that it is from 2013 is great. It shows a precedent and history. This is not something that was dreamed up by the Russians to influence an election. This is an established practice that can be traced as far back as 2013. These facts were so well established they were reported by main stream media back in 2013. It proves the trafficking of children is not a rumor invented to influence an election. Whoever dug this up is a genius!
