I saw this on my Tumblr feed and my first thought was Pizzagate. People are seeing signs around the Washington DC area trying to get young people to work for them.

"Get paid to travel. Up to $5200 / month. No experience needed. 240-455-5676"

240-455-5676 is listed as a VOIP number in Sterling, VIRGINIA.

"Wanted - Teens for after school job. Earn $60 $80 $100 per week! Work evenings and Saturdays. Free trips and activities. Transportation provided. 14 years and older. Bonuses! Bring your friends. Call now 330-242-3005 Ask for Joanne"

Depending on the search tools I use, 330-242-3005 is from Medina or Cortland, both of which are in the north-east part of Ohio. I searched v/pizzagate for Ohio and came up with a bunch of results, including one post about an adoption agency that was shut down. When I looked up where the agency was located, I noticed it is also in the north-east part of the state.

I just saw something like this in central Virginia today! A sign on the side of the road that said "Get Paid to Vacation" and a phone number. I thought it was most likely some kind of scam, but now you have me thinking. I will look into the one in my area.
