I'm extremely happy that Seaman is picking up on the Public Figure aspect. I tried to communicate that when the AJ capitulation occurred. There's no doubt that Alefantis is a Public Figure, and yet, he's constantly allowed to skate when he keeps repeating that the allegations and comments made to him on his Instagram account were "UNPROVOKED".
