All of the links appear to be blank but if you look at the RAW HTML, the info is all there including names and email addresses of people involved. It might be designed to use a browser plugin that automatically shows the hidden information. It's a very primitive way to hide a web page but it appears to be designed to not show up for casual web surfers.
