The Mayor, Greg Fischer, keeps ordering investigations, even has sicced the local FBI bureau on his own police force, but refuses to give certain orders about mandatory reporting, claims only State legislature can do that .. & they probably won't (they vote this week). So how serious is the mayor?? The Courier-Journal is on this with editorial and several byliners -- a Gannett paper (as is USAToday).
