Yea, so I was OUTRAGED that he was allowed to post bond AND RELEASED.....but further down in the article i found out why HAHAHA....."Before he was placed under arrest, Gallegos made comments to police about ending his life using a firearm. There was no mention in the article of the the police taking the firearms.
