Michael Flynn’s Immunity Request Rejected By Senate Intelligence Committee

The Senate Intelligence Committee turned down the request by former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn's lawyer for a grant of immunity in exchange for his testimony, two congressional sources told NBC News.

A senior congressional official with direct knowledge said Flynn's lawyer was told it was "wildly preliminary" and that immunity was "not on the table" at the moment. A second source said the committee communicated that it is "not receptive" to Flynn's request "at this time."

This is being widely reported. It flies in the face of what AreWeSure and many of the other shills have thought, which is that Flynn's testimony would bring down Trump... LOL

Trump has been spied on for years..... ZERO proof he did anything improper with Russia Flynn was spied on.... That's why he was fired, however the FBI reviewed all the intel, and found that Flynn didn't violate any laws.

This was a brilliant move by Flynn/Trump as it flushes out the fact that the Dems/Schiff know there's nothing there and this is for pure theatrics.

If there was any evidence that Flynn could possibly verify with testimony, they would have offered immunity in a second.

I get where you're coming from, but IMO the flair isn't necessary in this case, since OP did their homework, even if NBC didn't.

That's a comment that could only be made by a fake investigator interested in perception and putting on a show for anti-Trump political purposes. Schiff has no intention of looking Flynn in the eye and making accusations like he does in these hearings.

No one ever thought that request for immunity meant anything. The story is Fake News. Flynn isn't a story. Russia isn't a story.
