IMPORTANT: I REALIZE THIS JUDGE'S OFFICE INFO IS PUBLICLY AVAILABLE. DO NOT HARASS THIS JUDGE OR HER OFFICE.
From the Pizzagate.Wiki:
http://pizzagate.wiki/Anita_Josey-Herring
Anita Josey-Herring, a Bill Clinton appointee, was the judge in James Alefantis and David Brock's 2011 case where they accused William Grey of blackmail. (Anyone know how this case turned out?)

Josey-Herring was also the initial presiding judge in the case of the Comet Ping Pong shooter, US vs. Edgar Maddison Welch. The case was later transferred to Judge Sherry M. Trafford for reasons that are not immediately clear.

On odds alone, that would be at least 1 in 55 of having Josey-Herring designated as a judge, as there are currently 55 other associate-level judges in the DC Superior Court (give or take some additional judges who probably left or joined the pool between 2011 and the end of 2016, as well some fewer judges as some appear specialized in certain areas like tax law).

I thought this might be important because in a similar circumstance, a NY Judge named Walter B. Tolub (
http://pizzagate.wiki/Walter_B._Tolub
) ruled in favor of Jeffrey Epstein in one case and in favor of Ronald Burkle and Bill Clinton in another (where they both were accused of having sex with minors as part of Jared Paul Stern's defamation case). Tolub seemed to overstep his bounds in his rulings in those cases and let neither case go to a jury.

Isnt that grounds for recusal? Lawyers?
▼ JrSlimss
Nope. http://archive.is/aC7X2#selection-3809.0-3809.308

I was hoping but honestly thought that there would be no grounds for recusal. Bummer!

We can't answer that. But my own researches show that he really had enough claims on the work of media matters, correct the record and so on. The donations, the network, the practise of censorship … he really don't needed more claims. But off course, everything is possible.

This judge also presided over a case against the Moonies. This link takes you to a page of pdf links. It's the Dec.19, third from the bottom. Don't click if you don't want to download it.

Court order in favor of the Moonies. Case dismissed with prejudice.
Edit to add that it looks like a case of lack of jurisdiction. Probably not a concern, but it doesn't help that she was assigned the Moonies case either way.

Yes great work! Thanks for sharing

Great work.

Exactly what I was thinking about.

And people still think by giving evidence to the DOJ or FBI or local law enforcement that "justice" will be done?...
Whoever these two men where I bet they were VERY well connected as they dont bring out the "big guns/this judge" for simple cases. If these two men were not well connected then the charges would have stuck and it probably would have been a different judge that overseen the case.
So who were the two that were accused?...

I know how the case Brock/Grey turned out. In a private agreement. Brock paid 750,000 USD or so. I don't remember the exact amount.
▼ dFrog
Well, what a shock. I might take this over to /pol/ and see what they do with it.

There's a long history of buildings where fucked up/controversial/covered-up things happen getting torn down.
▼ Criticalthinker615
yes, Im wondering if it was by the choice of the plantiff or maybe it was a condition of the settlement that was placed by JA & DB
