Isnt that grounds for recusal? Lawyers?

sugarskull

I was hoping but honestly thought that there would be no grounds for recusal. Bummer!

We can't answer that. But my own researches show that he really had enough claims on the work of media matters, correct the record and so on. The donations, the network, the practise of censorship … he really don't needed more claims. But off course, everything is possible.

This judge also presided over a case against the Moonies. This link takes you to a page of pdf links. It's the Dec.19, third from the bottom. Don't click if you don't want to download it.

Court order in favor of the Moonies. Case dismissed with prejudice.

Edit to add that it looks like a case of lack of jurisdiction. Probably not a concern, but it doesn't help that she was assigned the Moonies case either way.

Yes great work! Thanks for sharing

Winter_Folger

Great work.

dFrog

Exactly what I was thinking about.

redditsuckz

And people still think by giving evidence to the DOJ or FBI or local law enforcement that "justice" will be done?...

Whoever these two men where I bet they were VERY well connected as they dont bring out the "big guns/this judge" for simple cases. If these two men were not well connected then the charges would have stuck and it probably would have been a different judge that overseen the case.

So who were the two that were accused?...

I know how the case Brock/Grey turned out. In a private agreement. Brock paid 750,000 USD or so. I don't remember the exact amount.

dFrog

Well, what a shock. I might take this over to /pol/ and see what they do with it.

Does anyone know why the plaintiff tore down the house immediately? It says so he could build two smaller lots bit, anyone elsw thinking that something compromising was in that house?

DonKeyhote

dFrog

There's a long history of buildings where fucked up/controversial/covered-up things happen getting torn down.

Criticalthinker615

yes, Im wondering if it was by the choice of the plantiff or maybe it was a condition of the settlement that was placed by JA & DB
