Let's share the pages between us to find those worth looking into. I'm going through pages 792-850 today (1-58 on the related pdf)

EDIT, done:

  • Page 835 (43): April 5th, 2010 From: Huma To: Hanley, Monica R "Is there any way to print something in color for hrc to sign off on without anuone seeing it" (This could be a memo called "10-04-05 AfPak Weekly jjs.docx" mentioned in page 838 (46)
  • Page 840 (48): April 5th, 2010 From: Valmoro, Lona J To: [many] "Final schedule, Tuesday April 6th" includes 6:45 pm arrival to private residence, an over night stay in a unknown residence close to VP Biden's residence (within 5 minutes driving time)
  • Nothing directly related to pizzagate within these pages (792-850)

I think I need to talk to the hackers who hacked Yahoo. I have a strong feeling they might have a lot of unredacted emails between Hill & Huma that may be of interest to the pizzagate crew & the US citizens & the world. 650,000 emails...what could possibly be worth saving under a file called life insurance...hmmm...

Are_we_sure

There's no evidence that a "life insurance" file ever existed.

God damn.

The_Roman_Numeral

A lot is redacted. Although the interesting part of this, is that there are more emails out there. Many more. Hopefully wikileaks comes through again at some point in the nearest future.

I sifted through about 30% of this and the redacted content forced me to give up... largely scheduling emails. I hope something "pops" from this, but, I'm not entirely hopeful.

The_Roman_Numeral

Yes, I saw that.

I do love Judicial Watch and appreciate their efforts. It's a bummer to see the files, however, because so much was redacted. Many, many of the pages say "PAGE DENIED" in huge letters, printed diagonally across the empty page. Such a shame that we can't find out what was redacted (and why). I sure as heck wish the Weiner laptop contents would just get released, once and for all. STEP UP, LADS IN NYPD & FBI. Let's get this out into the sunshine.

NotAnIdiot

I'm fairly certain the government just redacts stuff to protect people from being prosecuted and it has nothing to do with national security or something like that.

Are_we_sure

The NYPD has never had Anthony Weiner's laptop. And you not entitled to any of emails other than would be presented as evidence in a court case. That is to you say, you would only see email relevant to a crime. Other than these evidence emails, it would I believe be illegal for the FBI to release them.

And for very good reasons. Imagine if the government can go after you for crime X. Let's say that is tax fraud. They can subpoena all your emails, but do you really want the government to be able to release your private information about things that are not crimes. Like you once had an affair years ago or you hate your sister in-law's cooking? This would be a massive invasion of privacy

Given the nature of this case, I expect most of the docs used in court would not be emails, but texts or other app messages, like twtter DMs or something like that.

You can find out why things are redacted. It's usually on the release document itself.

NotAnIdiot

That is to you say, you would only see email relevant to a crime.

I don't think anyone here trusts the government to give us all the relevant information, and not leave out a bunch of incriminating stuff to protect themselves.

SecondAmendment

That's helpful to see it from the other side of the coin. Thank you for this insight. I don't know much about redaction, so I'm glad you replied. Thanks.

A crime like unmasking a citizen's identity...

The_Roman_Numeral

Thank you for that submission, and I remember that being in the news of sorts, but nothing to do with Huma Abedin and her emails.

The_Roman_Numeral

Here's what Judicial Watch says: We get the emails the mainstream media doesn't want you to see, and Congress fails to find. Big Government can't hide their secrets from us.
