Scalise is a cosponsor

palmitespo910

You're goddamn right he is.

palmitespo910

Yes I figured that was the most likely case.

I just started keeping track of this because I heard that a 14 yr old has been arrested for making CP in connection with this case. I may be wrong, but there might be more to this story. Maybe an adult that will beat the wrap for forcing these kids to abuse the girl. In other words, they were being abused as well. Or they were paid by an adult to make CP. We have been told by George Webb that this stuff is going on in Chicago as well.

palmitespo910

I'm in Chicago right now, I'll keep my eyes peeled for suspicious activity. Lol.

But I get it. We don't know what's going on behind the scenes

This is an update of information about the bill from this post of mine.

Objective

To amend title 18, United States Code, to criminalize the knowing consent of the visual depiction, or live transmission, of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and for other purposes.

This bill was submitted on March 28, 2017 to the House of Representatives, just 6 days after a 15 year old girl was raped on facebook live . As of April 2nd , there has been an arrest made in that case.

I am not an expert on the law, but it looks as though that bill was introduced to ensure that the 40 people who watched this rape can all be convicted in a court of law for knowledgeably watching the "live transmission" of a "a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct"

This bill was introduced to amend already existing us code. It amends 18 U.S. Code ยง 2251 - Sexual exploitation of children .

Edit: it is most likely so when it happens again it can be actually treated as a crime.

This seems sketchy. What about the people that watched it unknowingly?

I've clicked on hella things and instantly noped out once I realized it was gore or something shitty like that many times before. In court, they'd make a claim that a transmission was sent back and forth and therefore they "watch the video."

It feels like there should be contingencies for that.

Well that makes sense. I seem to have quality reading skills.

palmitespo910

Lol we all have the issue sometimes. I read so much that on occasion I find myself skimming. Then I have to come back and figure out where I dazed
