The WaPo is the CIA's press office and you need look no further then this story. It's so monumentally out of focus and intentionally obtuse it makes my teeth hurt.

It's like they're saying "There has been zero evidence of any change in the rate of death at Auschwitz. These past two months are totally normal!".
