They don't have the teen girl's testimony. The teen girl and her family never filed a police report and they are refusing to cooperate with the prosecutors.

There's something weird about this case. We don't know how this became public. If the girl never told anyone, who told the press? It's wasn't Weiner, so who? Some third party learned about this in a way we don't know yet.

Unless i'm wrong, this isn't just about Weiner, who is indeed low hanging fruit. But Weiner's laptop has all of Hillary's 'deleted' emails, which would prove her collusion with Saudi Arabia for one thing. Huma plugged her smartphone into his laptop, and everything on it was downloaded. The NYPD saw stuff on that laptop that sickened them - it wasn't just a 16 year old girl and sexting. From what i've surmised, they might have found the infamous blackmail videos on that laptop - politicians with children, and even worse (snuff, torture).

There was a group of rank and file NYC cops and FBI that said they were so sickened by what they saw on Weiner's laptop when it was confiscated on the underage sexting charge (child porn, child exploitation, pay for play - all in a file named Life Insurance) They said they would hold a press conference themseves to discuss if nothing was being done. Then silence. Coverup. Same as Saville. They know and we need to protest.
