I saw a video of a Syrian commander cutting open the chest of a guy he just killed and eating his heart. I was thinking that type of mutilation was occurring over there because its used as part of psychological warfare, just like rape and torture are, but when you see people claiming childrens organs are missing, maybe it all really is related to organ trafficking and the psychological warfare is a cover...

Warning. The picture is brutal. Of course they are used for organ harvesting in Malaysia. It is a poor country for most. It is happening everywhere. If you think it is not happening in your state, or country you are sadly mistaken. These children need us to protect them. That is why many of us or on here day after day. Edit. Went back to read the article. I could not look at the pictures. As I said, brutal.
