If you look at the source of http://www.lhohq.info/container/sudanese-error-strike-africom/libor-swift-gchq-parliament-echelon-five-eyes-xkeyscore-query.html there is a large div that contains hidden text, this text, when pasted in to a text editor is about Anonymous and the iOS device hack, the FBI laptop thief in 2012 and other related [at that time] current events. I dont know what to make about this but it lines up with the idea that the emails on the justin-bieber.html page are pre-podesta leaks.

That looks incredibly like an alien's face in that image and reminds me of that recent thread in 4chan about the alien image that was supposedly posted to the thread (by an alien) which was immediately followed by the entire site blowing up. All of this is feeling very creepy to me.

Someone mentioned it might be a honeypot last time, and the increasing frequency with which this is being posted about is slightly alarming to me.

It also mentioned a national white collar crime center, but upon investigation it seems merely some NSA initiative to teach local law enforcement how to extract documents from suspect's computers using special software. Whether it's legal is another story, whether it's pizzagate related seems dubious.

The thing is, art is subjective. This might be the graphic or visual art project of some eccentric who's just into conspiracy culture. I am adamant that unless we verify the authenticity of those contacts, we won't know whether the whole thing is just a red-herring or not.
