I made a topic a while back and a user commented and noticed something that severely creeped me out and several users thought I should repost with a better title. I thought sex offenders could not be near places where children are? Yet this orphanage is literally less then a 20 minute walk. Its creepy and almost like they want one of these dirty fucks to literally kidnap a child and walk right back to their house.

"Chief Financial Officer Todd Schultz joined OHU directly from NPH USA, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. NPH USA raises annual support for Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH; Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters), which serves disadvantaged children in Central and South America and the Caribbean". I'm sure you can find many anomalies of bad actors by seeing what group of offenders is living close to these types of institutions. Or also looking for general areas with much more sex offenders than others, multiple sex offenders in affluent areas etc.

"1000" feet made no sense to my mind, so I did a conversion:

That still confused me so I did a few calculations: Easy answer is that sex offenders cannot live within 10 city blocks. If a slow person takes 20 minutes to walk a mile, we can imagine the perverts to actually be about a mile away. I don't know if this law covers diagonal, or "as the crow flies" distances, however.

I did not look up your locations, but I suspect that both the orphanage and the sex offender "settlement" are in lower income areas. They are likely being placed by either the same exact people doing an office job, or by the same sort of person at the same sort of agency. Mary Jane at Agency Y in one case and Sally Jo at Agency Z in the other case. The sex offender placement people would be trying to place sex offenders together (because one sex offender will not object if another one is living next to them) and within an area that is allowed by the law, probably without much regard to if the creeps will walk by the kids or vice versa in their regular course of walking around.

Source for this last: I used to work at a place that helped refugees resettle and that's how it worked there.

EDIT: I was thinking an orphanage counted as a school, but I guess it would count as a residence. In this case the settlement would be RIGHT on the brink. You'd have to get out a fit bit or whatever and physically measure exactly how far away they were.

It's not even a 5 minute walk if you hop the small fence in the back. You can see the building from the corner of Hudson and Rosette, and the three guys living on Rosette all live in the house closest to that corner(5921 ROSETTE ST). That said, the most important question that needs to be answered is, can we confirm that there are children that that stay at this One Hope location?

Ok - I did some research to try and determine if the One Hope location is zoned to allow residence. The building is the Legacy Pointe Office building with several different companies having suites in the building, so it's doesn't look like somewhere where they would house children, but as you can see by the zoning code AC-1 below, it does technically allow for residential zoning. I'm not exactly sure what to make of it, but...

What about the FBI? Can you report it to them? If they cannot take it on, they can probably advise you as to who to report to. The reason there are so many pedophiles in Fla. is because there is summer year round. In winter states, the kids are kept inside during the cold months. In Florida, it is party time for pedos year round. People in those states have to be on their toes all the time.

This has more to do with isolation. A state's LAWS also play a significant role. E.g., Arizona has a large number of RSOs because of the relatively lax laws. RSOs from all the neighboring states FLOCK to Arizona for that reason.

I hate to put it that way, but sugar coating things at this point will not work. Also, I have not really checked on this, but I have a sneaky suspicion that another reason they flock down there is because laws are much lighter for them. Why do you think Epstein lives down there for years? People need to wake up. Rich pedos have lobbyists. That's how laws are made. So Sad, but this can be stopped by people waking up. It is that simple.
