A compensation committee reviews and approves the compensation and benefits for senior executives including the President, COO and CFO. The organization claims to have taken steps to make sure that its compensation process meets the rebuttable presumption of reasonableness.

It is important to note that the following directors: Sharon Cooper (Director), Colleen Nick (Secretary) and Cordelia Anderson (Director) were compensated for consulting services they provided to the organization. The contractual agreements were approved by the board of directors and they took a leave of absence from the board during the term of their respective agreement.
