If you come across suspected cp by accident then why on earth would you want to give out links for other people to look at it? That's just sick.

Report it, don't share it, because that makes you no better than those that willingly look at it..

I think if you report that you saw some by accident on that particular site and you do not post them a link to it (because that then becomes distribution), then it would be ok.

You can't be held accountable if it hadn't been what you were expecting to see when clicking a link to what you thought was legal porn, but you can be held accountable if you pass it on.

If you report and they ask you for a link that would be another matter.

Well this is the problem when people think they are doing the right thing by trying to make other people aware while not thinking of the consequences of their actions.

Same goes for the people who keep putting up the videos of the two Hampstead children, They never stop to think of the effect it is having on those children, having their names and faces known to every pedo that will come across them from now on.

Also, you never know if a thread original poster is trying to lure you into looking at cp to either entrap you or entice you. The person's intentions may have been honorable but not thought out. If you come across it by accident or read that someone saw some cp on so and so site, report the site to the authorities, but not the link itself.

There was a .org that someone posted that supposedly has those kind of links taken down within an hour but, i honestly dont know about that claim. Just think of it this way, we already know its everywhere however posting that here could compromise pther investigators who arent as competent as you keeping their security tight. I would suggest maybe hiding them behind link. Like post them somewhere elsw and link to that page

I know the frustration, my friend. That's what keeps bringing us back. You don't have to go onto porn sites to notice it going on either. Everyday somehow I encounter <40+ years old when in public with my little 4 YEAR OLD girl that ALWAYS have a comment about how pretty she is.. how cute she is... what a beautiful lady...... we are LITERALLY living in the belly of the beast. I know most of the folks here don't like to bring religion into this but, I think It is the main reason that the high level pedophiles are perpetuating this trend.
