And I'm sure that any leads on elite Protestant preachers and pastors suspected about child sexual abuse would also generate a lot of attention here. There are no protected classes of elite predators here. But while these sorts of threads about two ordinary pastors accused of sex trafficking one girl (if I recall correctly) aren't off-topic, as it's good to keep tabs on such cases, they're hardly the central focus here, either. These pastors don't seem involved in a large-scale sex trafficking operation, for instance. They aren't household names, either. As for why the Catholic Church abusive priest scandal still gets some attention here, that's due to the cover-ups, the conspiracy element, and not so much abuse in and of itself, as well as the size and organizational level of the church. The Catholic Church is huge, worldwide hierarchy where things are managed down to the parish. What's more, it's a highly influential organization throughout the world. So for such an organization to have had a systemic problem with child sexual abuse and the organization not responding by removing the abusers from contact with children, that what's brings it more to the center of the concerns of the pizzagate investigation. You had archbishops, who are very prominent people in communities with a high Catholic population, like Boston, shifting around abusive priests.

I think you may be right about that.

Also, there are a lot of re-heated bogus articles --some posted over a week ago--on the "hot" list, while good articles have been rapidly buried.
