I've had this site in my bookmarks for months, APAN .

I can't remember how I came upon it but it's connected to the Dept of Defense and feels like a Multinational version of the State Dept/Clinton foundation.

So far I don't believe it's ever come up in our investigation. I have never heard of it being mentioned at all.

If you explore the different tabs for the site it's like a social media for all the biggest disasters including of course Haiti. It even has webcam.

I have looked all through the site and suspiciously there is not even one person named in relation to the company or whatever it is.

A search of APAN and Clinton gave me this article and this one both about an odd subject matter.

There is a Wikipedia page that makes it look all military but I'm not sure where to go from there Wikipedia

Well, when you click your link for Wikipedia it shows Sen. Inouye's picture. I could find nothing on him on the page (maybe I missed it). But, when I looked up his name with sex abuse, it came up with a story where he denied sex abuse. There is also a story about him making advances to Sen. Gilabrand. He was from Hawaii and was in office 50 yrs. We know the hot dog stand story. There is something here I am sure but don't know what exactly.

It's located in Hawaii and for some reason changed the name from Asia Pacific Area Network...either way it's very vague and seems too secretive. Edit: It could literally be the epicenter for human trafficking and whatever else but IDK how to find out.

I did research on St Louis and found the only way to do it is to research everyone and thing. Then all of a sudden BOOM! When you least expect it you will find it. I will tell you that there is a lot about a school Obama went to in Hawaii and there was abuse there, and also anything that Inouye might have been involved in. I also believe that the leader of Japan may be involved since Obama went down with him to Hawaii for the big dedication but I believe there was more to it. Just my take.
