Check out the documentary "Born Rich" by Jamie Johnson, of Johnson and Johnson fame. He and Ivanka ran in the same elite circles and she has offers up a considerable and insightful interview. Johnson went on to make another doc "The One Percent". I recommend them both.

All-of-them (or almost all, we don't know, but trust me, nobody is making videos proving any of these creatures are the true gender because that's how rare it is, we are still trying to find real women). It's the price to enter "the cabal" or whatever. Many of the a-listers are transgendered from birth and that's why they pass pretty well (to the ignorant masses, at least).
