What is the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children doing about this child??...perhaps you could do follow up...this case can serve as a case study as to how the Center really operates to determine if the Center ...supported by taxpayers in part..is a vehicle for trafficking instead of a bona fide rescue uperation.
