Good catch. This is an email with a base64 encoded image inside it. To view it, click the Attachments tab at the top of the mail, select the ResizedImage_1396214020764.jpg and download it. It shows a picture of a man's crotch in jeans with his arm and a couple of kids arms. All are wearing Disney bracelets.
