Seems to me, that NCMEC is only mentioned in this article as an example of another organization/agency that does similar work. I don't see anything that suggests ties/connections between these WW's business, and NCMEC's business. Maybe I'm missing something.

Non-profit organizations LIKE the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children THAT ALSO work on these cases ...

I am with you. The minute I saw NCMEC I cringed. This group was started in 2013 during the BO term. I am not too trusting of what they will be accomplishing. Who will be checking on them? I say they need a complete overhaul.
