I don't know if cards was ever figured out. the photo of the Podestas playing cards is also mentioned (the girl is not Maddie McCann) or the FBI's CARDs - Child Abduction Rapid Defense (teams that response to abductions are probably doing the abductions) Weird that the State Dept takes an interest in a domestic child welfare agency isn't it?

Thank you for posting this. This is such a heartbreaking story. I just want to cry for this child and the other children that were on the edge of probably turning that corner. Who knows what the intention of DCFS was. This is another Alphabet Org. They don't care about kids, just the bottom line. We know what is going on in Chicago, killing, closing schools, missing children, organ harvesting and drugs. Closing this home does not cut any of those problems.
