Of coarse this thread got deleted on rule 1.

You can call it whatever you want but the point remains that abortion intentionally terminates a life. And I'm not talking about cases where the mothers life is at risk, obviously.

Edit to add: I used to say the "clump of cells" thing too, I was "pro choice" too, until pizzagate.

The pro abortion argument was nothing more than to lay the groundwork for the future generation who will use the Oxford pro-baby-killing argument.

It turns out that it IS a slippery slope after all.

nomorepepperoni

I'm steadfastly pro-choice, but this crosses the line even for me. Patently sickening.

I mean, what's next? Elderly are no longer productive enough, so we should off them, too? Where does this shit end?

I'm not arguing for or against, but way back in the day we came up with sacrifice to make murdering and eating our "pets" feel less horrific. Then when the famine came around, and there wasn't enough food for everyone, we already had a means of mitigating the horrific nature of managing a horrific situation. Yeah, abortion and killing babies is bad, but if we made it into some sort of beautiful sacrifice to the gods, maybe it would be less horrific. Oh wait, that's what you all are against, ain't? lol Killing baby would make family planning a bit easier, but I'm not actually advocating for that. This post just reminded me of a documentary I watched that discussed ancient sacrificial practices. We've got butchers to hide our horrific murderings of our "pets" so now even the mitigation of ther horrific, itself is now horrific to us, and that's fine. They'll be manufacturing beef and gestating babies in artificial wombs in no time, so there's nothing to worry about. Anybody will be able to cook up a baby in their basement without having to bother with finding a mate or looking fat. Abortion and killing babies will be illegal, but it won't be us mitigating the horrific, it'll be the machines hiding the horrific from our eyes. It'll all be conveniently hid away in a black box sa we won't have to know how many abortions were required for the artificial womb to produce a healthy baby. Hell, the black box will probably be able to raise to whatever convenient age too, to whatever specifications we so desire. Won't the future be glorious, dear brethren?

Someone really wants to kill babies without having to hide it from law enforcement it seems.

River_Otter

See...When I read the headline, I was hoping that they were trying to argue against abortion because it is, in fact the same as murdering a delivered baby.

I should have known...Oxford.

Ikr!? Abortion is murder, plain and simple. Now these fuck want to kill breathing human children? And the public will eventually accept this as normal, like abortions?!

markrod420

Well ur gonna lose the abortion argument and I personally think you should. But this is fucked up and killing a baby after it is born is definitely not morally acceptable in my view.
