Jane Doe No. 43's complaint against Jeffrey Epstein and his associates contains shocking and detailed facts. This document, upheld in court, explains that Jeffrey Epstein continued to sexually assault underage girls during his prosecution . This would completely nullify his non-prosecution agreement which led to his reduced sentence and terms leading to his present freedom.

Jane Doe No. 43's story is very similar to those of Jane Doe No. 4 & 6, but is notably far more detailed, un-redacted and especially notable for its naming of others besides Epstein as defendants. These other defendants include Ghislaine Maxwell, Sarah Kellen, Lesley Groff and Natalya Malyshev.

Overall the account is pretty disturbing. The complaint states that Natalya Malyshev, former Epstein victim turned recruiter, approached Jane Doe No. 43 with promises of higher education funded by Epstein. Captive girls were then directed and organized by Sarah Kellen and Ghislaine Maxwell to further recruit young girls for Jeffrey Epstein's sexual exploitation. While captive, girls would be attended to by Lesley Groff.

In addition the complaint describes that Epstein and company destroyed evidence of their operation in 2005 after hearing of an impending investigation.

Thank you for this post. I assume #43 means this is the 43rd victim to make a claim or file suit. I was surprised there was no mention of sex with Epsteins friends other than a vague reference to commercial sex. It's one thing to be seduced into being a mistress and quite another to be passed around to friends in the manner of a prostitute which would give rise to even more mental distress and damages. Are these girls being represented by the same group of attorneys. What's your interest in this, anyway I can help? I'm eagerly waiting for this story to get bigger and to see some hard core evidence involving others and to seeing new charges against Epstein.
