Congressman Bolton goes to the detectives, stating " according to the internet , I am a customer of an underage sex-trafficking ring, run out of a Chinese restaurant , called the Coral Dragon."

Detective: - "You are?"

Congressman - "No I'm not. But facts don't seem to matter nowadays. It's fake news , but a lot of people seem to believe in it."

Congressman: - "They're real people, but they've drawn some crazy conclusions from my emails . I got hacked ."

Congressman: - "The owner has recieved threats . I just put out a statement, but I'm afraid I've only made the situation worse. If you could send someone to take a look at the place . The teenage sex-slaves are supposedly held in the basement , and established that it's not true ."

Detective: "Would anyone believe it?"

Congressman: "One hope's the NYPD is still a trusted institution."

Detective: - "One would think so."
