I wonder how many high profile persons there are among those arrested. Looking for news on those.

artfullyours

Just wondering if this had anything to do with the Royal meeting they just had?

"Europol’s role in the investigation was to analyse data it received in order to identify users in Europe." (While the FBI scooped up all the data to protect elite American users from scrutiny.)

awake4646

The name of the operation bothers me. Pacifier.

unbiased_researcher

Yeah that is a suspicious name.

SoSpricyHotDog

This is fantastic news... fuck these shady pieces of shit. I sincerely hope that this unravels into a massive dragnet that destroys even more of these demonic scum.

Why is the death sentence not an option?

Extract 100% of the information from them, remind them of what they did and how destructive it was, then one bullet to the head, cremate, repeat.

This the same case where the FBI ”ran” a child porn website. They found and arrested the owner and kept it open to go after the customers. They got a warrant to do that.

A Florida man who created a secret child pornography website with more than 150,000 members has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after an unorthodox FBI investigation sparked by his arrest drew criticism from civil rights groups and defense attorneys.

Steven W. Chase, 58, created the website Playpen on the anonymous Tor network in August 2014. Until his arrest in February 2015, he paid the website hosting company, regularly updated the site with new features and security fixes, promoted several members to moderator status so they could help with the site and was the author of hundreds of postings, according to federal prosecutors.

After Chase’s arrest, a federal court gave the FBI permission to take over the site so it could track down the criminals who were using the site to upload and trade photos of abused children. “As a result of the ongoing investigation, at least 350 U.S.-based individuals have been arrested, 25 producers of child pornography have been prosecuted, 51 alleged hands-on abusers have been prosecuted and 55 American children who were subjected to sexual abuse have been successfully identified or rescued,” the U.S. Department of Justice said in a press release.

Playpen Cases There's actually been more than a hundred US court cases from this investigation.

Bravo AreWeSure for pointing that out. I think this is one of the times I've found you not being a concern troll which makes me smile at the possibility there is some soul left in you.

Has the worm turned AreWeSure?

Have your eyes cleared enough to finally bring the heinous crimes of the Deep State into focus?

I was hoping you being so monumentally and egregiously wrong about TruePundit and Anthony Weiner's 650,000 emails would spark a fire of righteous indignation going the other way for once.

Maybe it's time for you to finally throw in the towel?

:-D

Are_we_sure

I was wrong about TruePundit? Did the NYPD announce multiple crime indictments of Hillary Clinton and her whole crew on charges serious enough to put them away for life?

Did I miss this?

DarkMath

"I was wrong about TruePundit?"

Yes. You implied it was "fake news" because it didn't list the name of the person who wrote the article. I could understand you thinking it was "fake news" because TruePundit isn't MSM. But what's really offensive is you trying to discredit a story merely because the author is listed as "admin".

Do you know why that could be taken as offensive?

Of course you don't. It's offensive because people who cross the Clinton Crime Family have a terrible habit of ending up dead. Or in journalist Gary Webb's case committing suicide by shooting himself in the head twice with a shot gun. Or in Marine Colonel Kevin Sabot's case stabbing himself to death and then shooting himself in the head with a shot gun, or shooting himself in the head with a shot gun THEN stabbing himself to death. OR in the case of Anthony Weiner's 15 year old sexting partner have the Diretor of the FBI release her name and send a sternly worded letter to her for her temerity at being a victim of sexual assault. ( is it normal for Law Enforcement to release the name of an underage victim of sexual assault? ) O_O

So if a site like TruePundit publishes a piece suggesting the possibility of Hillary Clinton committing High Treason you can't really blame old "admin" for not listing their name. Personal safety is one of the very reasons Nom De Plumes were invented.

:-D

Are_we_sure

It was fake news because it's an utterly bullshit website that makes stuff including that article. And in that specific case I showed they lied.

It's not my fault you eagerly believe a bunch of bullshit.

They also lied about being a finalist for the Polk Journalism awards.

DarkMath

"utterly bullshit"

I present the following altruistically in an effort to improve your ability to recognize "utter bullshit".

The "Trump is a Russian Stooge!" conspiracy theory is "utter bullshit":

"A disappointed Franken pressed, wasn’t it also because Trump was “ensnared in their web of patronage?”"

""No", said Comey."

http://nypost.com/2017/05/04/bad-news-for-the-trump-russia-tinfoil-hat-brigade/

The "The Russians Did It!" is fake news. It was fabricated to damage Trump's legitimacy and also allow a Narcissistic Sociopath named Hillary Clinton to avoid taking any blame for her defeat.

It's time to wake up now AreWeSure. The Deep State is running rat-lines so deep they could wear a path into the hardest granite. This isn't a dream. We've all been lied to. It's time to put your big boy pants on and join the Deplorable Horde Army of Righteous Indignation. We could use your help.

Peace

"Fake News" is not determined by having an author signing an article or not. However that is a reliability issue, as having no author to be checked, it's a bit more difficult to run a reliability check on an article.

"Fake News" stamp shouldn't be used on any site, but instead always only for a single article. There are fake news both within msm and alternative channels.

To check an article for if it's fake news or not, the most important factors are all the claims made in the topic and in the overview. If those claims are sourced (either by a named person, not a group like for example "several scientists") or a link (leading, hopefully, to the original source).

"News" are always sourced but not necessarily signed.

"Ed-ops" (Editorials / Editor opinions) are signed by the author, and the author is the main source. They might include other sourced information as well.

"Fake News" are either not sourced, or there are fake sources.

An article can include both news, fake news and ed-ops. This is where media criticism is really needed. That should be made part of literature studies since the first grade in schools everywhere.

DarkMath

Times up @AreWeSure , @RWeSure and your other brother @are_we_sure ,

You not responding is you not having a reason to think that TruePundit article is "utterly bullshit".

See how this works is someone makes a statement then they back it up with facts. You made a statement but didn't supply the facts. That means you lose.....again.

Sorry, I don't make the rules.

DarkMath

"because it's an utterly bullshit"

What pray tell is utter bullshit? You have to be specific if you're going to throw that word around.

DarkMath

I keep rubbing my eyes to check whether I read the article right. Holy smokes I think this is actually a legitimate news story. So many people have posted bull shit spam here the past 6 months I've gotten cynical of just about everything.

OP you might want to include this link from Europol: https://www.europol.europa.eu/newsroom/news/major-online-child-sexual-abuse-operation-leads-to-368-arrests-in-europe It gives more credibility to the story. I've never heard of rte.ie before but everyone's heard of interpol.

This is very good news but does anyone know if the names of the perps have been released? I recall a similar announcement about busting a human trafficking ring down in Haiti but they never released any names and no one was ever charged.

http://sentinel.ht/2017/03/17/organizations-denounce-release-child-sex-trafficking-suspects/

Foreign participants in the trafficking ring were not even held or arrested according to numerous accounts.

fuck_pedo_enablers

RTE is an Irish TV station. It was the only link I could find an hour ago.

Mad_As_Hell

RTE is relatively legit, as long as it's not reporting on Irish news

carmencita

This is amazingly wonderful news. But my question is how many in the US and at what level where they? I hope this is only the start of many to come.
