He can still be subpoenaed to testify. Plus with all the wire tapping on Trump, it should be a clearcut victory right? However, I think if that was the truth, it would've leaked before, during or after the election and it hasn't, it probably doesn't hold weight, or probably doesn't exist.

The best example of the latter being Hillary selling classified mission data about Extortion 17 which led to, DING DING DING, their murder.
