Exactly. The actual broadcasting building is a few miles away in the middle of nowhere. Why is this their address? And why is it next to a daycare/preschool?

pan to your right on the street map and you can see another broadcast tower two doors down. It might only lofi but maybe they're using it for other things. I don't think that shack is abandoned at the time in 2011. There's a truck parked in front and the door is open

That's a city building, some kind of community center. Probably a police station in it.

I never said they did. I was responding to the post asking if the building down the street is the radio station because it has an antenna. I think it's a community center.
