-Who is Stupka and why did he need a airplane? and where is his hilltop mansion ?

The hilltop mansion

I think I found it.

It is located 30 miles NE of Tucson, AZ.Less than an hour away from I-10 and I-19. Near a horse ranch.
Nestled in between State parks, down a long driveway..

Ranch is less than one mile from the mansion.
