I would be inclined (i did this once before about 3 yrs ago when i accidentally stumbled onto some CP) to email your country's internet/media regulator to report the site and demand action be taken. I got no reply (great regulator, huh) but your conscience will be clear and keep a record of the email so if you ever receive police enquiries you show the email evidence to demonstrate you took appropriate steps and are not an accessory/accomplice
