First he's got to prove his communications with Panda. Then if the trail of communications doesn't prove on its face that Panda is Rich, then he's got to independently prove that point. Has "Panda" been found by anyone? I don't know what to think about KimDotcom. I am really disturbed that the FBI wasnt permitted access to DNC computers/servers and I'm also disturbed and suspicious that no one, the public or investigators or Seth's family can provide info on his personal computer and cell phone. His computer would show whether or not he was Panda communicating with Kim. Law enforcement will be able to justify not disclosing this info indefinitely on the grounds that it is an open case. We need a leaker or a hacker or a whistleblower ASAP!

I KNOW THAT SETH RICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE DNC LEAK.

I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich .

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that the Internet Party may find helpful.

I communicated with Panda on a number of topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics .

“ He wanted to change that from the inside. ” I was referring to what I knew when I did an interview with Bloomberg in New Zealand in May 2015 . In that interview I hinted that Julian Assange and Wikileaks would release information about Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.

The Rich family has reached out to me to ask that I be sensitive to their loss in my public comments. That request is entirely reasonable.

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation . My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

It may be important to consider the context that the U.S. government took a lot of his property from him in 2015, after his supposed operation began to out corruption. There may in some sense be a negotiation going on between him and the U.S. government. They may have known he was part of an operation, but not realized that Seth Rich would get incriminating information into the hands of Wikileaks, and taken Kim's property as a countermeasure. Now he'd like that back. Will he simply extort his property back? Or will he reveal information damaging to the government? It may come down to the level of negotiation.

In his defense---if he is being honest about his involvement, we should give him some latitude as a human being. It's not easy negotiating with a government that can take your shit or even off you when you get caught butting horns.
