I have never seen that in print. You never even hear the police mention it. They only time I hear it mentioned is when his father talks about the calls that Seth Made. Never the type of phone, not that I have seen.

I thought I saw mention of it once but I couldn't track it down again. There was a mention also that the commotion began while Rich was holding the phone in his hand ( talking to a girlfriend ). That's when a cop has a plausible late-night dark-alley explanation that he thought you were holding a gun in your hand.
